At Luxure Fragrances, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:


Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened and with the seal intact. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order. Any return request made after this period will not be entertained. Returns will not be accepted due to personal preferences, such as disliking the fragrance. Additionally, samplers, testers, and discovery sets are strictly non-returnable.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Customers must report any issues, such as damaged products, incorrect items, or missing contents, within 12 hours of receiving the order. Claims made after this timeframe will not be considered. Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product, including the original packaging, are required. In cases where additional verification is needed, we may request an unboxing video for fair evaluation.


Order Cancellations
If an order is canceled after being placed for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “ordered by mistake,” a 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund. If an order is canceled while in transit or at the time of delivery, a Rs. 150 shipping fee will also be charged. Refunds will only be processed after the product is returned to Luxure Fragrances in its original, sealed condition.


Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@luxurefragrances.com within the stipulated timeframe. Provide the necessary evidence, such as photographs, during the request. A Rs. 150 handling fee and a 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund for eligible returns. Items that are opened, damaged, or missing their original packaging will not be accepted. Such items will be returned to the customer, who must bear a Rs. 150 return shipping fee.


Non-Returnable Items
Products that are opened, used, damaged (not during transit), or missing original packaging are not eligible for returns. Samplers, testers, and discovery sets are also non-returnable. Any return request made after 3 days of receiving the product will not be accepted.


Refund Process
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Reservation of Rights
Luxure Fragrances reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy. We may also request additional documentation or proof, including an unboxing video, to verify claims where necessary.
